Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when requesting a quote or contacting us.

• Name, company, email, phone number and preferred contact method.
• Glass type and thickness, sizes, quantity, fabrication and project details.
• Files you upload, such as PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, DWG or DXF.
• Language, landing page, submission page, referrer, UTM parameters and submission time.

Technical data and abuse prevention

The system uses a one-way hash of the IP address for rate limiting; the quote table does not store the raw IP address. The hosting platform and technical logs may process basic request data for security and operation.

How we use information

We use information to review and respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, coordinate fabrication, provide service, protect the form and maintain reasonable business records.

Storage and retention

Quote data is stored persistently in a D1 database. Uploads are kept in a private R2 bucket and scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Cleanup runs opportunistically when a later submission is received, so a file may remain longer if there is no activity; files can also be removed manually. Messages and attachments accepted by the email provider or received in email inboxes follow separate retention practices.

Email and service providers

When transactional email is configured, required details and attachments are shared with that provider to deliver the request to Cast and a confirmation to the customer. The site also relies on Sites/Cloudflare hosting, database and storage services. Google map or direction features and WhatsApp links are governed by those third parties’ practices.

Site measurement

The site includes internal event hooks for actions such as clicks, inventory filters and form submissions. No active Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager identifier is currently installed, and the site code does not send personal information to analytics. If measurement tooling is activated later, this policy will be updated as appropriate. Embedded or linked services may use their own technologies.

Disclosure and sale

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with providers that support the site or fulfill a request, or when required for law, security or protection of rights.

California choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of reasonably identifiable personal information, subject to legal and business record obligations. California residents may also ask about applicable privacy rights. We will verify requests before acting.

Security and changes

We use reasonable controls, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure. We may update this policy; the date above identifies the current version.
